Yes. The first pass can identify missing configuration fields, incompatible assumptions, related components, and decisions that block a reliable quote. Unknown fields should remain visible instead of being silently guessed.

How are product alternatives handled?

An alternative should state what remains equivalent, what changes, why it is proposed, which drawing or document applies, and whether the buyer must approve a sample or revised requirement before release.

What project files are most useful at the start?

Send the BOQ, network diagram, floor or rack plan, route distances, interface list, target standards, destination, quantity, required date, packaging rules, and document list. Reference models or samples are useful when their purpose is explained.

How are project claims and documents controlled?

Client names, project photos, certificates, and reports are not treated as interchangeable proof. Requested evidence is reviewed against the exact quoted model, construction, standard, scope, revision, and permission to publish.
